Delegate Akers moved to amend the committee substitute on page 1, section 2, line 7, after the word “disorder” by inserting the following language:

“dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities”

And

Delegate Akers moved to amend the committee substitute on page 2, section 3, line 2, after the word “disorder” by inserting the following language:

“dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities.”

And

Delegate Akers moved to amend the committee substitute on page 2, section 3, line 7, after the words “diagnosed” by inserting the following language:
